Design:
The center of the building was designed with a window filled open stair. Also in the central location of each floor is the elevator, and mechanical systems. Flexible suites are then divided east and west from this spine. The main floor contains two uses, a restaurant and a dance studio. The 2nd floor contains four office spaces ranging from 500sf to 2500sf. The 3rd floor includes two 800 sf penthouse apartments, with roof decks embracing the waterfront view.
