Create a seamless addition, following the original house’s lines, while adding elegance.
Planning:
New second floor spaces include (3) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms, laundry room, walk-in closet and open stairs. An original small, main floor front bedroom became a gracious porch, foyer and staircase that complement the scale of the house and connect old with new.
Design:
Traditional, classic design was woven into all aspects of the project, from the proportions of space to the characteristic woodwork.
