Design:
Inspired by the main house’s classic Seattle “box” design, the Carriage house also has a hipped roof and is a simple rectangular footprint. The exterior door to the 2nd floor enters into the kitchen and living area. A dormer style roof line provides head room into all sides of the floor plan, including the bathroom, bedroom, living and kitchen.
